• The product price does not include shipping fees. All orders will only be shipped via SF Express, and shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
• To ensure fairness, returns and exchanges are not available for this product.
• After completing your payment, please wait patiently. Orders will generally be shipped within 10 business days in the order they are received. Delivery times may be extended during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case of holidays or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may be delayed.
• Images are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

1. If the purchased item is found to be damaged, please contact us within two days of receipt (calculated from the day after the delivery date, including weekends and public holidays) and provide clear photos and/or videos.
2. Once verified and confirmed to meet the return/exchange conditions, we will assist in processing the return or exchange. Late requests will not be accepted. We only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• The product is damaged or has obvious defects and has not been used;
• The received product is not what you ordered.
