Pre-order Notice: This is a pre-order item. If you wish to purchase other in-stock items, please place separate orders.

Delivery Methods: Available via Self-pickup at our Quarry Bay office OR SF Express (Cash on Delivery / Freight Collect), with shipping costs borne by the buyer.

Self-pickup Details: Quarry Bay office (Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 17:00; closed on Public Holidays).

Dispatch Schedule: Once payment is completed, orders will be dispatched sequentially starting in October. Dispatch dates may be postponed due to public holidays or force majeure events; thank you for your patience.

General Policy: For fairness, all sales are final and non-refundable / non-exchangeable under standard conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy
While this product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, we will assist you under the following exceptional circumstances:
1. Eligibility Criteria
Damaged / Defective Goods: The received item is severely damaged or visibly defective (and must be in brand new, unused condition).
Incorrect Item: The received item does not match your order.
2. Application Process & Deadline
Please contact us via Zu and Pi store messages within 2 days of delivery (counting from the day after receipt, including weekends and public holidays).
You must provide clear photos and/or videos showing the damage or incorrect item when contacting us.
Late requests will not be processed.
3. Shipping Fees & Final Decision
All round-trip shipping expenses incurred during the return or exchange process must be covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right of final interpretation and decision on all return and exchange applications.
